The Passive Income Life Style. It has a very sexy sounding ring to it doesn’t it? I think it’s why I hear so many people talking about having it! But what is it anyway? Can you describe it? Would you know what it was if you had it? And do you know anyone who actually has it? Ah yes, the things we all want to know.
Well, I will do the best I can to outline my interpretation of an Passive Income Life Style and see if I can shed some light on how you can begin the process of building such a life for yourself.
Follow my journey as I begin to take my current business from 75% earned income to 75% passive income in the next six months.
As the great Samuel L Jackson said in Jurassic Park, “Hold on to your butts!”
Rick,!
you have made me feel great again.!
I look after three ill elders, my parents and aunt. I am very frightend somehow, about what will happen to me when they die, and i have to start from zero in a world that i see too difficult.
I managed to have a blog, in order to see if i could have muy future bank balance handsome, but still afraid.
Today you uplifted me again.
You are a good soul on earth,
May God bless you strongly,!

“chucklehead” – love it. I like your authentic nature. It’s refreshing.
It’s hard to believe I haven’t come across you and your site yet. I live in Lee’s Summit (work in OP). Always nice to see someone local with similar passions, interest, etc.
I started a personal blog about 4 years ago and quickly learned that just because you may write well and think you have something to say doesn’t mean the traffic will follow. That’s when I got into Keyword research, SEO, etc. And now run dozens of sites (affiliate marketing, click bank, adsense, EPN, etc.) and am seeing some success. I also do SEO for a living now which I love.
One thing I’ve found with my niche affiliate sites is a Google algo change can wipe out 75% of my passive income over night. Although it usually comes back eventually. But it’s not going to pay the mortgage any time soon.
Although I’m not sure how passive it is as it takes a lot of work. Outsourcing writers, link building, etc. But it is nice that while I’m on vacation it’s still earning. And if I were to stop putting money back into it today it would probably continue to earn for years to come.
That’s why I like to diversify (different sites, niches, etc.) and am working on a book in personal development(yes, isn’t everyone?
that I’ve been trudging away at for the last 3 years.
I’ve switched my focus over to personal branding (http://JaredAkers.com) which was inspired mostly after reading Crush It!
I originally started my own sites and side business as a way to pay off my student loans. I’m hoping someday it will help me get away from trading time directly for money. To be location independent. Being able to travel more and to volunteer and be more of service to others. That’s my dream.

I enjoyed the tips you are providing on your website. Residual income can make life easier by providing long term income for doing something one time. Thanks for the information
