What browser are you using? I just tested it in Chrome and it seems to be working there. Can you tell me more about your setup?

Im going to test this and see what might be going on. I haven’t tested it in this new Gmail interface. Which by-the-way is ugly as hell!
I’ll report back shortly to see what I find.

My canned response is showing up at the top of my email, no matter where the cursor is. I need to position the canned response either at the end of the mail or at the position of my cursor. Is there a way to fix it.

I have a problem with ‘Canned Responses’, but maybe its something I’ve done wrong myself. At the moment I have 30 Canned Responses and I can only see the ‘Insert’ column, so if I want to ‘Save’ or ‘Delete’, it won’t allow me. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong please?

I have added a hyperlink in my canned response and when i try to open it….its not working!!! what do i need to do to make the hyperlink go to the document i want it to go to??? PLZ Help

Would be very useful to be able to include the subject line in the text that get filled by the canned response functionality. Any headway on that?

I have a canned response saved but even though I have my cursor in the message and I click on the canned response I want to use nothing happens =[ I have tried to resave the canned response and still no good result =\ Any thoughts? ps- we have the same last name =]

Great question Teresa!!

In order to change the link color in the WiseStamp signature, you will need to click the “HTML” tab after you open the Wise Stamp window from your browser.

Once in the HTML, look for the line of code that has the link or links you want to change color. In this case, here is what one of mine look like:

The “span style” is embedded CSS. You can see it designates a font type only. If you want to change the link color, you would need to add a little css to this link, like so:

http://thewebtrainersystem.com

Notice the code after the font style: color:#336699;

The color code would be what ever RGB color you want. Just make sure you have the “#” at the beginning of the RGB color.

That should do it! Let me know if you get stuck!
