How it works

The Commission Structure

The program is a two tier program. This means you have two opportunities to make money; by your own efforts (tier one), and by recruiting others as affiliates (tier two). Our commission level is an 'Amazon busting' 40% for tier one (your own sales) and 10% for tier two (sales made by your affiliate recruits). There are no minimum levels of sales or affiliate recruitment. You can earn as much, or as little as you want, and this is not multi-level marketing where you have to buy the product yourself before you can earn commissions. You don't need to buy any of the products, although it helps to understand the product properly :)

How your commission is calculated

Each module in the Internet Business Development Suite is priced at just under £10 Sterling (approx $/€ 15), with the full IBD Suite priced at just under £70 (about $/€ 105). Your tier one commission at the Basic level is anywhere from just under £4 (approximately $/€ 6) to around £28 (about $/€ 42)  depending what the customer buys. While we can't promise you any particular level of earnings (much depends on the efforts you and your recruits put in, as well as our efforts here),  even this modest example shows that it doesn't take many weeks before you could be earning a useful extra income each and every week, from a few regular sales. If you are prepared to put the  effort into marketing Steve Gears Associates products, you could double, treble, or quadruple the basic commission levels. 

Any commission owed to you will be paid in UK Sterling, drawn on a UK bank. However in the future we will be investigating options to allow payment in US dollars and Euro. Affiliate payment will be made monthly, in arrears, providing commission reaches a level of £100.

The Products

The first of our products is the  Internet Business Development Suite distance learning training course. Each Module in the Suite covers the tasks needed to start, develop, and manage an Internet Business, and includes a 'what to do' training book, a 'how to do it' workbook, plus other supporting resources.  Everything is delivered digitally. These modules will be updated as new information and techniques come to light, and customers will be offered a discount to upgrade.

As well as the Internet Business Development Suite, plans are in place to redevelop other existing products relating to a second web site owned by Steve Gears Associates. As these, and further products become available, you will have the chance to promote those products as well.

The Support

Any good affiliate program will assist affiliates with information, ideas and tools to promote the products and services on offer. After all, successful affiliates mean successful sales, and here at Steve Gears Associates we want you to be successful! We won't just have you join the program, then leave you to figure it out for yourself. Over the next few weeks and months, we will deliver our affiliate marketing course to you via email. This teaches you various marketing techniques, some of which you can start using immediately, and some of which you will need to put a little more effort into (but it will be worth it!). We will also continually develop and test marketing tools specifically for our products, and make these available to you on our Affiliate Resource Page. Each time we design a better advert or think of a new way of converting more people to customers, we'll let you know!
